We are incredibly excited to announce the newest Collide Village cohort. This fall we will be mentoring and growing 8 incredible technology companies in a wide variety of industries. From online collaboration platforms to easy home maintenance, Collide Village companies do it all.

The cohort will go through a 12 week acceleration program to validate business models, connect with customers, and further develop their product. At the end of the program the group will pitch their new companies to investors from North Texas and around the country.

BareLabor is a platform bridging the gap between Automotive Repair and the Consumer, by providing users with the same information repair facilities already use.

CommonEdits is a collaborative platform for artists to improve their portfolio, expand their network, build a fan-base, and monetize new music. We use social voting to determine the community’s favorite artists which ensures talented musicians receive the marketing and distribution support they need.

Gopher is a financial-technology platform that empowers long-term financial security. It’s a simple, mobile platform that enables users to budget, save, and invest money with ease. Customized to each user, Gopher reminds users of how much of their spending budget remains, allows them to improve the habits by automatically saving against an individual’s habits, and invests in simple, diversified products.

HomeBlis enables residential and commercial owners get high frequency home and property management services like lawn maintenance and cleaning in a convenient and reliable way using next generation technology and processes.

JobNow is an on demand staffing platform for hourly jobs. Candidates get alerted of jobs in their area instantly as they become available. Employers can fill spots faster, and more easily by always having a full pipeline of candidates.

For businesses and real estate professionals looking to raise capital from their networks and the public, MassVenture provides a legal, crowdfunded path to investors who want to make money owning a piece of local real estate projects. MassVenture has already successfully funded several projects and is launching its latest listing this week.
